At Pazapa Online, we acknowledge that all types of learners need to find support to keep them on track in order to reach their individualised age-appropriate goals and objectives. We offer a comprehensive approach to the British curriculum with the necessary adjustments required for our students with Special Educational Needs. Working closely with parents, our team relies on applied behaviour analysis instructional methods, direct instruction for remediation of skills, blended learning, positive behaviour interventions and support, as well as functional analysis of problem behaviour as a need to identify, evaluate or adjust the approach to the curriculum applied in class.

Our students with special educational needs are thoroughly monitored and support plans are developed as a means to sustain their progress. We offer a wide range of approaches and services, including smaller classes, individualised learning, one-on-one support and learning aids.

   Phonics Programme

Pazapa Online’s carefully crafted Phonics programme might be the best option for you. With more than five years of experience in the field and on the ground, our teams have designed a comprehensive phonics programme. The programme focuses on teaching beginner readers and struggling students to understand how letters are connected to sounds to form letter-sound correspondences and spelling pattens, as well as helping them apply those concepts in their reading.

Rather than exposing children to the whole-word method, in which students often struggle to recognise complete words, our phonics programme emphasises the importance of phonemic awareness. It’s useful for students to look at the letters of a word as a puzzle, with layers and segments that he or she should isolate before blending the sounds back together.

Reinforcement Classes

Pazapa reinforcement classes are great “refresher” courses to help improve your children’s skills and increase their likelihood of success.

As classes are given on each specific subject, regarding the learning needs of each student, the contents will evolve according to the progress of classes at regular times. Our remedial classes allow our students to review concepts and dive into them at their own pace and are held during the academic year and in the summer.
